- Express Service orders placed before 12pm ET Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays) will usually ship the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day (business days are Monday thru Friday excluding Holidays). Express Service orders placed on Friday after 12pm ET will ship on Monday.
- Although you may receive an Order Number, orders are not fully processed until we can validate your credit card and address information. If we have difficulty validating this information your order may be delayed. If we are unable to verify this information, we will not accept your order and you will receive a cancel confirmation email message.
- Rate and timelines described are for orders shipping within Canada; at this time we are unable to ship outside of Canada.
- We do not currently offer shipping to multiple addresses.
